RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide post sales technical support to the regional technical support team for Multi-Service Switching product
· Provide customer satisfied service with technical competencies
· Independently work on customer assistance request ticket for troubleshooting
· Perform the lab testing and verification as needed
· Serve as technical support point of contact with development center for Multi-Service Switching product
· Technical writing like Root Cause Analysis document, creating knowledge base, FAQ and tips
· Replicate the customer issues in the Lab and provide regular status update to the customer
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong data communication / networking background in ATM/Frame Relay/IP. Lucent Multi-Service Switching product experience is preferred
· Knowledge of ATM, FR, FR inter-working, PNNI, AINI, Circuit Emulation, IP routing protocols and SNMP. VoIP protocols like GR-303, H.248 and V5.2.
· Experience in designing networks, analyzing traffic patterns, planning network growth
· Usage of testing to ols like Adtech, Agilent, SmartBits, Schlumberger, HP-Telegra, Abacus, Ameritec, Firebird and OmniBER desirable
· Software knowledge Unix, shell scripts, C/C++ and PERL
· Good Communication skills
