Key Interfaces :
- Audience: Build trusted advisor relationship with audience leaders and become part of their team in order to represent the key learning requirements by job role.
- Architects: Work closely with all four architect groups in order to ensure that targeted learning interventions are appropriately architected and designed to meet the scope, modality, time-frame and quality standards of the client.
- Course Developers: To the extent needed to ensure audience learning success, provide thought leadership with the content development team to achieve creative solutions to all learning needs.
- CLO: Work closely with India CLO and APAC Employee Learning Services Manager to ensure consistent global efficiencies of learning by job role accounting for delivery modalities best suited for the GEM.

- Understand the business of Sun and it's key organizations and build an effective learning strategy to support business goals.
- As trusted advisor to that business, ensure achievement of end-to-end learning program success for all employee audiences.
- Represent learning needs in annual MRP process, prioritize and synthesize training needs into learning that influences positive business results.
- Be a champion for Employee training within SLS organization to ensure a unified commitment to produce quality learning deliverables which help change behavior.
- Provide high-level program management to ensure learning needs are met from inception to delivery to EOL.
- Create learning paths by job role which provide the right training to the right person at the right time and place in a cost efficient and effective manner.
- Establish metrics that show a positive impact of Employee learning on business
