Maximize customer satisfaction and availability through the following:
- Provides technical account and situation management to focus and coordinate information and resources to address issues in the field.
- Provides recommendations for site/issue management to the appropriate members of the account team. Facilitate technical and management escalation.
- Require 7 X 24 support delivery.
- Develops and maintains close relationships with customer management and line personnel. Documents minutes of all Sun Services and customer meetings and tracks ongoing customer site issues/actions to resolution/completion.
- Extensive use of account management tools and portals. (CDM, IBIS, GAMT,SMT etc..)
- Ensures that each assigned account has a jointly developed account service support plan before the start of each contract period.
- Coordinate of Preventive/proactive Services delivery where it's sold within a contract
- Acts as an agent for process improvement to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Account Management reviews as needed to address technical issues raised at account review meetings.
- Participates in account management and reviews.
- Visits customers on a regular basis to identify and follow-up their support needs. Understand business criticality of customer's systems.
